The townhouse is vacant and available for renting on a annual lease. The monthly rent will be $875.00 per month with a security deposit of $875.00. The security deposit and first months rent should be paid by certified funds or cash; if payment is made by check, the check must clear a local bank before occupancy of the Townhouse can be permitted.

The 2 level Townhouse includes a washer and dryer and a covered exterior deck off the kitchen. The monthly rental includes heating, water, sewer, garbage and basic cable TV service. There is one parking space outside of the unit.

B. Immediate Area

The Townhouse community is located on the west side of Olympia. It is across the street from the Bank of America building at the corner of Division Street (which ultimately becomes Black Lake boulevard) and 9th Ave which becomes Capital Mall Boulevard) after crossing Division Street. The address of the townhouse is 2300 9th Ave SW.

C. Transportation

1. By Automobile

The townhouse is located 2.5 miles from downtown Olympia and three miles from the Washington capital. The West Olympia exit/entrances off Interstate 101 are 1 mile from the property. Interstate 5 entrances for points north or south are three-four miles

2. Public Transportation

The townhouse has a Intercity transit bus stop directly outside the front door on 9th Street. Route #47 provide service from the townhouse either to Capital Medical Center (one of two hospitals located in Olympia ) on the west or downtown Olympia on the east. The Capital Mall (Westfields Shoppingtown) also serves as a major transfer point to buses providing access to Evergreen State College (Route 46), Puget sound community college and Thurston County Courthouse (Route #46).

D. Shopping and Nearby Services

There are three grocery stores within a one mile area of the townhouse. The Olive Garden, Applebee's, Brown Bear and Outback Steakhouse are located within one block of the townhouse; the capital mall shopping complex has a total of ten restaurants including Red Robin.

The Capital Mall complex begins right across the street from the townhouse. Capital Mall is the major regional mall and shopping complex in the South Sound Area. The Mall includes Macys, JCPenney, Best Buy, and a new food court.

A new addition to Capital Mall called the Promenade opened in 2006; the Promenade includes Borders Books, Music and Cafe, Bed Bath and Beyond, Talbots, Chicos, Ann Taylor and Coldwater Creek. Also, a new 16 screen movie theatre has opened.

There are other shopping areas with major suppliers of clothing and business supplies. The Westside post office is located in one of these shopping areas, a short .5 mile walk from the Townhouse.

E. Schools

The townhouse is located in the Olympia school district and is served by the following schools

All of these schools are less than 2 miles from the townhouse with Garfield Elementary less than one mile.

F. Parks and Recreation

Public tennis and basketball courts are located in front of Garfield Elementary. Yeager Park includes a skateboard park along with numerous baseball playing fields.
